I can totally remember getting a little to excited for the holidays because I knew all the good food that was going to be had. Thanksgiving is a day to over indulge and pig out but for real…does it really need to be like that? Do we really need to stuff ourselves silly just to feel totally worn out and porky afterwards? NO THANK YOU and NO it totally doesn’t. Here’s an idea…Why not go into the holiday season armed and ready to NOT over indulge and NOT have to wear sweat pants because your skinny jeans won’t fit.
